Alexina Jackson

Founder and Managing Member, Seven Green Strategy

Alexina is a creative problem solver who thrives in collaboration, tackling big questions and setting transformational vision. She is an integrator of strategic insights and networks, leveraging her experience in consulting, law, and technological and commercial innovation. She brings curiosity, communication, and analytical rigor to solving customer challenges as managing member of Seven Green Strategy. She is empathetic, understanding that change is hard and culture is nuanced.

Before forming Seven Green, Alexina was a Vice President in AES' innovation business, derisking utility planning and operations and renewables development through transformation of the technology, processes, and culture of the electrical grid ecosystem. She established the company's vision for a digital-first grid that uses efficient, modern technologies and is open, flexible, and architected for reliability. Alexina previously led AES’ customer-focused innovation efforts, championing energy products throughout AES’ footprint, and the governance of AES' transformative innovation.

Alexina began her career at AES as an attorney, first as the head of internal investigations and then negotiating key technology-related collaborations, partnerships, and joint ventures. Prior to this, Alexina worked as an attorney in DC “big law” and as a strategy consultant in the United States, Brazil, Spain and France.
